Shipping Policy
All products on our website are available for shipping. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering. If the item is on order from another vendor, we will inform you of the shipping date. We will ship anywhere in the USA but if you need international shipping, please contact our customer service. Our shipping is through the United States Postal Service via Express Mail. There are no shipping charges for any item over $300.00. For $299.00 and under, a $25.00 shipping and handling charge applies.
We can track all shipped orders, please call customer service for details. If you prefer to pick up an order in our store, we are open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Our address is 505-5th Ave. S., Edmonds, WA 98020. Directions can be found on our website. We can let you know when the item is available for pick up.
Return Policy
J. Rankin Jewellers will gladly except returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in original condition. All warranty cards certificates, instruction booklets and any other paperwork you received from us must be included with the item.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Special orders and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order consists of a custom made, specially ordered, engraved or altered item at the customers request.
If for any reason you need to return an item, send it via United States Postal Service, Registered Insured with a Return Receipt Requested to 505-5th Ave. S, Edmonds, WA 98020. Do not put any words such as “jewelry” “Jeweler” “diamond”, etc. on the box to divert theft. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In store returns are available, see our store hours and directions on the home page.
A return authorization code must accompany your return. Please call 1.877.673.6161 and ask for the code. The Return Authorization Code must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Returns without the Return Authorization code will be not be processed.Order Cancellation
If order has not been shipped, you may call customer service at 1.877.673.6161 for a full refund. Cancellation is not available on special order items. If the order has already been shipped, standard refund policy applies.
